Logistics Coordinator 303-07 2 years of general office work experience and 1 year of experience related to DMATs. Medical Records Technician 675-05 1 year experience with occupation or related field. Medical Supply Technician 622-05 2 years experience with occupation or related field. Medical Tech Laboratory Tech 645-05 One year experience with occupation.  Certification or current license. Mental Health Specialist 101-11 PhD or 3 years of graduate education in social science field or masters and 1 year work. Nursing Assistant 621-4 At least 3 months of experience in field. Nursing Assistant Surgical Tech 621-3 At least 6 months of experience in field. Nursing Assistant Stretcher Bearer 621-2 At least 3 months of experience in field. Nurse Practitioner 610-11 Current License and 2 years experience and certification as nurse practitioner. Pharmacist 660-11 4 year course of study and 1 year of internship and 1 year of professional experience. Pharmacy Tech 661-05 1 year experience as pharmacy tech or assistant. Physician Assistant 603-11 2 years experience at a PA. Respiratory Therapist 651-07 1 year experience as a respiratory therapist and bachelor's degree. Senior Medical Officer 602-14 MD or DO with current license.  3 years experience post graduate. Can include residency Staff Medical Officer 602-13 MD or DO with current license.  1 year experience post graduate. Can include residency Staff Nurse 610-05,06,07 Current license with 1 to 3 years experience. Supervisory Clinical Nurse 610-11 Current license with 3 to 4 years experience.  Experience in supervising a nursing staff. Telecommunications Specialist 391-07 One year experience with Telecommunications, FCC license, (Telephone installing , radio operation and minor repair, computer system applications and hardware) ,etc. Telecommunications Specialist 391-09 Min One year experience as 0391-07 Telecommunications Specialist and more skills training.
